In short
Time Card Calculator runs entirely in your web browser. Everything you enter, including employee names, hours and pay rates, is processed on your device and is never uploaded to us. We use no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no cookies. The only thing saved is data in your browser's local storage, which you control.

Using the tool
All calculations and file handling happen with JavaScript inside your browser. Printouts and PDFs are produced by your browser's own print function on your device. We cannot see, access or recover this data.
Local storage (no cookies)
To keep your work between visits, the tool saves data in your browser's local storage under keys starting with tcc.:
tcc.draft- the time card you are currently working on.tcc.employees- saved employee time cards (Pro only).tcc.licenseKey- your Pro license key, if you activated one.
This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary for the function you requested) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Hosting
The website is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you load a page, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address, the requested URL, date and time, and browser information to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. We do not use this data to identify you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and reliable delivery of the website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
No external resources
We do not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers. No social media plugins, no embedded videos, no tracking pixels.
Buying Pro
If you buy Pro, the purchase is processed by Link, the merchant of record service operated by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland, and its affiliates), on Stripe's checkout page. Link and Stripe process your payment and billing details as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We receive your email address, country, the product purchased and the payment status, which we need to deliver and verify your license. We store the license key together with this information in our license database, hosted by n8n GmbH (Berlin, Germany). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. We keep this data for as long as your license is in use and statutory retention periods require.
When Pro is active, the tool sends your license key and the product name to our license server (n8n, hosted in the EU) to check that it is valid. No content you entered in the tool is sent.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Brandenburg data protection commissioner (Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg).
Changes
We update this policy when the tool or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
