1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to the website time-card-calculator.pages.dev and the tool Time Card Calculator, provided by Vermögensritter Immobilien UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Marktstraße 1, 14542 Werder (Havel), Germany ("we", "us").
2. Free use
You may use the free version without registration for private and business purposes. The tool runs in your browser; you are responsible for your input, for checking the results and for keeping copies of anything important. The calculator applies the overtime and rounding settings you choose. It does not know the wage and hour laws that apply to you and is not legal or payroll advice.
3. Pro license
Pro unlocks additional features in the tool (saved employee time cards, batch printing, CSV export, copy last week, no footer credit). The contract is concluded when you complete checkout on the Stripe payment page. You receive a license key by email that you activate in your browser. The license is for use by you or within your own business and may not be resold or published.
4. Prices and payment
Pro costs $5 per month. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; any applicable VAT or sales tax is shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month, via the link in your receipt email or by writing to us.
5. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us (Vermögensritter Immobilien UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Marktstraße 1, 14542 Werder (Havel), Germany, info@vermoegensritter.de) by a clear statement, for example an email. It is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used.
Early expiry: Pro is digital content / a digital service that is not supplied on a physical medium. If you expressly agree at checkout that we begin before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once we have begun, the right of withdrawal expires when your license key is delivered. For the subscription, this applies to the digital service in the same way.

6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve and change features as long as the Pro features you paid for remain available in substance for the paid period.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded. The free version is provided free of charge; for it, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
8. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
